CLARITY ACTION PLANSThe follow-through inside Clarity Complete

THE SERVICE ENDS. THE NEXT STEP SHOULD NOT DISAPPEAR.

Turn good advice into clear action.

Clarity Action Plans give professionals and clients one shared place for agreed next steps, progress and guidance after the appointment.

It is an optional part of Clarity Complete. Choose it when follow-through adds real value to your service. If appointments are all you need, Clarity Booking remains available on its own.

THE CLARITY ACTION PLANS WALKTHROUGH

See what the professional and client actually see.

Seven visual scenes show the full journey. The tour moves automatically, or use the controls to explore each screen at your own pace.

Illustrative screens · Fictional data · Real platform behaviour
01 · PROFESSIONAL CREATES THE PLAN

Turn the conversation into a short, useful plan.

Choose the client, name the plan and add up to five agreed actions. A review date and weekly reminder offer are optional.

The professional writes only what is appropriate to share with the client.

FOLLOW-THROUGH WITHOUT ANOTHER SCATTERED CHAT

Give the client something clear to return to.

An Action Plan is not a recording of the whole appointment and it does not replace your professional notes. It is the practical, client-facing summary you agree is useful after the service.

01

Agreed actions

Create a short, purposeful list of what the client will do next—without relying on either person's memory.

02

Progress between visits

The client can mark actions complete and give the next appointment a clearer starting point.

03

Human guidance

Add written context or a private voice note when speaking is warmer, quicker or easier to understand.

04

Review and adjust

See what was completed, what became difficult and what should change before creating the next plan.

A SIMPLE FOLLOW-THROUGH LOOP

From the conversation to the next review.

The professional stays in control of what is shared. The plan should contain only appropriate, agreed guidance—not sensitive notes the client was never meant to receive.

  1. 01

    Create the plan

Choose the client, add a clear title and write the practical actions agreed during the service.

  2. 02

    Add context

Use brief written guidance or a private voice note when the explanation matters.

  3. 03

    Let the client act

The client opens their private link, revisits the plan and records progress between appointments.

  4. 04

    Review together

Use completed and unfinished actions as context for a more useful next conversation.

USEFUL ACROSS APPOINTMENT-LED PROFESSIONS

The action changes. The need for clarity stays familiar.

Action Plans are most valuable where a client benefits from doing, practising or maintaining something after the professional service has ended.

COACHING

Fitness and performance

Share independent sessions, recovery actions, technique reminders or preparation before the next appointment.

LEARNING

Tutors and consultants

Agree homework, preparation, reflection or practical business tasks before the next review.

PERSONAL SERVICE

Hair, beauty and maintenance

Give suitable aftercare reminders, product steps or preparation for the next service.

WELLBEING

Non-clinical support

Share agreed routines or reflection prompts while keeping regulated or sensitive records in the appropriate specialist system.

Clarity Action Plans are not a medical record, clinical treatment plan, emergency service or substitute for profession-specific safeguarding and data obligations.

BUILT TO WORK WITH CLARITY BOOKING

The appointment gives the Action Plan its context.

Booking keeps the session, client and timing organised. Action Plans continue the agreed work afterwards. Together they form Clarity Complete, while Booking remains available independently.

Choose Clarity Complete

The secure checkout page lets you select Clarity Complete before entering your details.

Can I buy Action Plans without Booking?

No. Action Plans are the follow-through feature inside Clarity Complete, which includes Clarity Booking as the foundation.

Do I have to use Action Plans with every client?

No. Use them only where structured follow-through adds value to the service and the client relationship.

Does it record the whole appointment?

No. It stores the actions and guidance you intentionally share. Voice notes are recorded deliberately, not captured automatically from a live conversation.

Can a client reply with a voice note?

The current Action Plans feature centres on coach guidance and client progress. The public page does not promise unrestricted two-way voice messaging.
