COACHING & TRAININGBlue — The Strategist
Scores run from 0–100 and show how strongly each preference was endorsed. They are not percentages of personality and do not need to total 100.
STARTING HYPOTHESIS
What may help Alex
- Explain the reason behind each training choice.
- Give a clear structure and useful detail without overload.
- Agree what will be measured and when it will be reviewed.
DO NOT ASSUME
Keep it human
- A strong Blue score does not mean Alex dislikes encouragement.
- Preferences can change under stress or with unfamiliar movements.
- The result should never overrule what Alex says.
CONFIRM TOGETHER
Questions for the debrief
- Which part feels most accurate?
- How much detail is useful before it becomes distracting?
- What should your coach do when the plan needs to change?
AGREED ACTION
Turn the result into one observable change.
Example: “For the next three weeks, the coach will send a short reason with every programme change and Alex will rate clarity from one to five. They will review whether this improves confidence and follow-through.”
THE RESULT IS THE START, NOT THE VERDICT
